Trademark Blud - Wife
The Wife is a UK hip-hop track built around a simple idea: how the way we communicate has changed, and how technology can keep us connected while also making genuine connection harder.
The title plays on the sound of “Wife I” and “WiFi”, with the repeated hook using “Wife I” to connect the idea of a wife with the technology we use every day.
The song looks at modern relationships and communication with humour and a bit of self-awareness rather than taking a heavy-handed approach.
The production is rooted in hip-hop, with a modern, accessible feel that leaves space for the lyrics and delivery. The track is rhythmic and upbeat without losing the character and personality of Trademark Blud’s writing.

LATE returns with So Many Different Levels, a brand-new 10-track album produced entirely by Tricksta, bringing together underground Hip Hop, reflective lyricism and laid back street narratives across a diverse collection of tracks.
With over two decades of experience representing underground UK Hip Hop, LATE continues to push his sound forward while staying true to the raw, independent spirit that has defined his music throughout his career.
So Many Different Levels explores different sides of life, from ambition and personal growth to city life, nostalgia, relationships and the realities of everyday living.
