Scoob Rock hails from the Commonwealth of Dominica (not to be confused with the Republic), but currently resides in Stockholm, Sweden. "Therapeutic" is a soulful boom bap album featuring 13 tracks, with 8 beats crafted by the UK legend Micall Parknsun.

"I began working on this album in early 2024, releasing a few singles along the way. To me, music is nourishment for the soul, allowing me to express my feelings across these 13 tracks. Each song emerged organically, without any force; I simply let the music flow." (Scoob Rock)

The album features collaborations with SkillinJah (USA), Camarah Walleed (USA), E Shore Rig (USA), Seron (Sweden) and Lifeline (Sweden). Additional beats come from talented producers Illwonder, Bouklas, E20 Trio and Wonderstash.
