"The idea to write a song for my daughter has been on my mind for a while but didn't have the right beat. Until I heard Micall Parknsun's instrumental through his SoundCloud page. Same day he sent me the beat, I wrote the lyrics and recorded it. "Your Song" was done about a hour after I got the beat.I t was one of those moments.

EC Fam initially began in 1999 as an underground movement in Boston MA originally under the moniker Venom. After a string of regional hits (“Tomorrow Never Comes”, “Beat Those” & “Act Like You Want It”) the crew took a break from music to take care of their families and build foundations.
